DON'T LET WELLS FARGO BANK TAKE YOUR HOME

If you are a homeowner and your property is in default because of late payments, fight for your rights, protect your family members and try as much as possible to prevent foreclosure.
Here are some information points that might be able to help you:
The Obama administration announced yesterday that will push mortgage companies to comply with the loan modification program to help homeowners staying in their homes.
Banks like Wells Frago Bank and Bank of America are not complying with program and are still taking homes away from distressed homeowners and pushing inocent children to the streets.
This powerful corporations are commiting "crime after crime and are going unpunished"
These banks are the ones who were setting the rules to borrow easy money to anyone, taking advantage of those borrowers with no knowledge in loans, providing loans with high interest rates and not fixed mortgage loans and when the interest went up, their monthly mortgage payments went up, some times more than $1,000 per month, making it impossible for borrowers to keep up with the new payments, then the Bank foreclosured on their properties taking away that property and owning again the same property to re-sale it again.
But the home is sold a bank that belongs to the sme bank, just another bank name.
Originaly the home value was inflated by the bank so you qualify to lend you a lot of money, then the borrower can not pay the home, so the bank take it away from the borrower after damaging borrower's credit, then the bank sells the home to its relative bank to make it legal
if the home was valued in $5000,000, Wells Fargo Bank foreclosure and sells it for $260,000
to its own bank after rejecting all kind of modification requests by the qualified borrower and avoiding to comply with the Obama's law signed on May 20, 2009.
I am sorry I got out of the subject, I was going to provide you with hints on how to avoid foreclosure and prevent what happened to me this month but I got so upset with these criminal corporatioons that I am not able to think properly, I just think in THOSE CRIMINALS TAKING MY HOME BUT I WILL SPEND THE REST OF MY LIFE MAKING SURE THAT JUSTICE IS DONE and will help others to fight for what belongs to them.

WELLS FARGO BANK IGNORES OBAMA'S LAW

As it is well known by the whole world, Wells Fargo Bank was in the news for the last two weeks in regards to the now listed $21 Million home in Malibu, this home was taken away from the home owners because unable to make adjustable loan mortgage payments (ARM Loan), A Vice-President of wells Fargo Bank moved into the house and refused showing it to potential buyers.
Thanks to the neighbor's complaints, the real true came out to light, and then we all knew about it. Later Wells Fargo Bank fired the Vice-President with conflict of interest, and now it looks like the Media closed the case and again Wells Fargo's actions go unpunished. Not only that, but Wells Fargo Bank as all the powerful institutions, took advantange of the situation and make money out of it.
Number one: The Malibu home owners were unable to pay $3 Million Loan.
Number two: At the time the home was repossessed, the home value was $12 Million.
Number three: After all the Media published the incident and the WFB Vice-President was fired, the home was listed for $ 21 Million.
What about if neighbors had never complianed? Do we ever knew about it?
Thousands of cases are going uknown and unpunished, committed by Wells fargo Bank, The bank that we saved from going broke financially. Was that $70 Billion from tax payers?
Don't you think that we saved Wells Frago Bank and the least this bank must do is obey the law and comply with Obama's Law "Home Affordable Program" signed on May 20, 2009?
Well, it is not happening. Wells Fargo Bank is not helping home owners with loan modifications as required. Banks don't typically renegociate a loan because they expect to make more money with a foreclosure, as negociations imposes self-cure and redefault risks.
It is more profitable for Wells fargo Bank to avoid loan modification requests from home owners, foreclose the property through it's subsidiary America's Servicing Company, Action it and sell it for ridiculous price to it's other subsidiady Deutche Bank National/Trust Company, to finally eveict the home owner and charge the evicted home owner with all kind of impossed fines and debts. Example: Court expenses, lawers fees, etc. etc. including $50 per day while home owner refuse to leave the house. And the big difference between the mortgage you owe and the ridiculous price the sell the home for (Deficiency Judgment).
Did you see the process utilized? It is like selling the home among family members but they are getting away because they are using different instritution names.
But the institutions registration are public, and if you investigate you soon find out that they are all subsidiaries of Wells Fargo Bank.
The CONSTITUTIONAL ISSUE OF DUE PROCESS HAS AFFECTED THE ABILITY OF LENDERS TO FORECLOSE PROPERTIES failure of the alleged lender to prove they are the real party in interest.

LUCRATIVE BUSINESS

Are you about to have your home foreclosed?
this is what Banks and Financia Institutions are doing to foreclose it.
Following are the steps some Mortgage and Loan Service Companies including banks, are utilizing to take away your property. (Golden Empire Morgage Corporation Example):
1. Golden Empire Mortgage Corporation place new clients into ARM mortgages (Not Fixed
Interest Rates) knowing that client will face problems to make the monthly payments when the first two years of fixed rate expires and the payment increases about $1,000.00 per month.
2. Within the first three months of making payments GMEC transfers the loan to America's Servicing Company to service the loan, BLOCKING ALL WAYS OF COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE CLIENT and GMEC employees.
3. America's Servicing Company collects monthly payments from clients while awaiting for those clients to be in financial difficulties when the payment increases. Then the client is reported to the credit reporting agencies.
4. Once the client's credit is damaged, the client has no choice but to be caged to Golden Empire Morgage Corporation (please check the website for America's Servicing Company Complaints, you will find thirteen pages of complaints.
5. America's Servicing Co. denies all loan modification or rifinancing requests by the client, even when the clients is well qualified for it.
6. Golden Empire Morgage Corporation through its authorized agent NDEx West L.L.C. forces the situation to foreclose the property.
7. Foreclosed property is sold to DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL/TRUST COMPANY at a non-judicial foreclosure sale.
8. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL CO. advertises foreclosed properties for sale (please check its website)

MORTGAGE FRAUD

As it is well known, loan servicing companies like America's Servicing Company earn a percentage of commission of the loan value , and obiously they earn less commission if the loan is modified.
Not mentioning that the loan servicing companies will not pocket the incentive fee from the U. S. Treasury department until home owners have made 3 timely monthly payments after the loan has been modified.
So it is more profitable for the loan servicing companies to generate fee from late payments and to create the worse possible situation to the home owner to produce more reveneu.
Once they have sucked as much blood as possible from the home owner, then they force the situation to foreclose the property, avoiding the loan modification program and rejecting the loan modification requests from home owners.
So it is clear that the loan servicing comapanies will do whatever they can to avoid loan modifications.
The sales and marketing employees of the loan servicing companies are trained to make money through late fees and foreclosures, not from loan modifications.
As borrowers fell behind on the loans, loan servicing companies make more money from late fees, foreclosure fees and negotiation fees.
The paper work necessary to execute a foreclosure can generate high commissions, this is an incentive for loan servicing companies to prmaturely foreclose on homes, engage in illegal collection practices and violate the laws that protect home owners in foreclosure and prevent debt collection abuse.
The Treasury Department requires to comply with laws misleading customers about information to qualify for loan modification.
I am holding documents that prove that America's Servicing Company promised me and offered me a loan modification and then, quickly denied my loan modification request and accelerated the foreclosure of my property failing to comply with the laws, and knowing that I clearly qualified for a loan modification. America's servicing Comapny choose to move to foreclose the property any way.
There have been significant abuses by America's Servicing Company, not only to me but to too many other home owners nationally. I found 13 pages of customer complaints in the internet.
America's servicing Company has a nation wide scheme of illegal, unfair, unlawful and deceptive business practices.
But there is no one who is carefully monitoring their work to make sure that America's Servicing Co. representatives are not taking advantage of borrowers.
It is clear that something was done wrong by Amereica's Servicing Co. to force the foreclosure of my property.
America's Servicing Company has acted improperly and this is going unpunished while my family is paying the consequences of such illegal actions.
